Started with a belief —

Appna Tiffin was born out of a deep desire to bring the comfort of real home-cooked meals to Calgary's South Asian community. We knew what was missing: food that didn't just fill you up, but actually tasted like someone made it with care.

Everything is made the way your mother or grandmother would make it. Spices ground fresh each week in our kitchen. Rotis rolled and cooked to order. No batch cooking from three days ago. No frozen shortcuts. Just honest, wholesome, vegetarian food — the way it should always be.

We're open seven days a week because good food doesn't take weekends off.
